My stay at the hotel was pretty average overall. The rooms were just okay, nothing special really. They were clean but didn't have some basic amenities like a kettle, coffee/tea, water, or even sleepers. The service provided by the staff was impressive, especially from Ernesto, who was very helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants in Buenos Aires. The dining options were okay, nothing outstanding, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel offers rooms that are quiet, comfortable, and provide decent space to move around but lacked unique decoration. The service was a highlight, very nice and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and within walking distance to various shops and restaurants. While the dining options were limited and not varied, the rooms were very clean and well-appointed, meeting basic needs at a good value for money.
